Julien Baudry is a director and sector leader at the Cabinet de relations publiques NATIONAL. He has been a public relations professional for over 15 years, working primarily in corporate communications in the strategic planning and implementation of complex communications plans. The list of clients with whom he has worked includes VIA Rail, Bombardier, Molson, Veolia, ArcelorMittal, Kruger and the Société de transport de Montréal.

Over the course of his career, he has played an active role in coordinating major events, such as Montréal’s 375th anniversary in 2017, and the 2012 edition of Barcelona’s La Mercè. He has also worked on a number of international summits, and led exchange missions in Belgium, Great Britain and the United States.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Communications and a Master’s in Public Administration, and is trained in organizational leadership and major-event management. He completed an MBA for Executives at the UQAM’s École des sciences de la gestion and at the Université Paris-Dauphine. His public relations expertise is recognized, notably through his accreditation in the field (2019). He is also a lecturer at the Université de Montréal.

Always concerned with using best practices, he is the recipient of the Loto-Québec award (2012) for the management of ecologically responsible events, the MLV award (2017), and the Innovation award (2018) of NATIONAL Montréal. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Théâtre de la LNI.
