Ms. Thibeault is an engineer by training and a professional in the international development sector for the last 25 years. She is an expert in training / capacity development and project management.

For the past 15 years, Ms. Thibeault has served as manager and director of international projects abroad, funded by Global Affairs Canada and other partners and funders. She was director of two institutional strengthening / economic development projects in West Africa, namely in Mali (vocational training) and in Burkina Faso (access to drinking water and sanitation). Also, in assignment in Vietnam for 4 years, she worked as a field manager in the third phase of a technical assistance project for the Vietnamese Ministry of the Environment (local environmental governance).

Ms. Thibeault is passionate about collaborations. She knows how to mobilize teams, through her ability to engage people and her skills as a good communicator. She stands out for her contribution to strategic planning, which often makes it possible to go beyond the expected results within allocated resources.

Since the beginning of her career, she has contributed to sustainable development initiatives in companies, institutions and organizations. She also remains actively involved in her community, as a member of the board of directors of the Mont-Saint-Hilaire Nature Center.
